Terms and Conditions (T&C)
1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts between

– hereinafter “Coach” –
nd the client – hereinafter “Client” –
regarding coaching services, online programs, workshops, or digital products.
2. Subject Matter of the Contract
The Coach offers services in the field of health and lifestyle coaching. .
These are expressly not medical or therapeutic services..
Participation is at the Customer’s own risk.
3. Conclusion of the Contract
- By booking via the website, by email, or through a booking tool, the Customer submits a binding offer to conclude a contract.
- The contract is concluded as soon as the Coach confirms the booking.
4. Services Provided by the Coach
- The scope of services is determined by the respective service description (e.g., coaching package, online program).
- The coach is free to determine the methodological approach to the content.
- Success is not guaranteed, as coaching is based on personal responsibility.
5. Prices & Payment Terms
- The prices listed on the website apply.
- Die Zahlung ist sofort fällig und kann per Überweisung oder PayPal erfolgen.
- In the case of installment payments, the client agrees to pay the agreed-upon installments on time.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Individual sessions may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the start. 24 Stunden vor Beginn kostenfrei abgesagt oder verschoben werden.
- In the event of later cancellations or no-shows, the full amount will be charged.
- For programs and packages, the cancellation terms specified in the respective description apply.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Withdrawal Policy
Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us [First Name Last Name / Company Name] [Street Address] [ZIP Code City] Email: [Email Address] of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email or letter).
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you without delay and no later than fourteen days from receipt of your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction for the refund, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Early Commencement of Services
When booking coaching services, online coaching sessions, nutritional counseling, or other consulting services, you may expressly request that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period.
In this case, if you withdraw, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the contractually agreed services.
Expiration of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal expires prematurely if the service has been fully rendered and we have only begun performing the service after you
- have expressly agreed that we may begin providing the service before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and
- have confirmed your awareness that you lose your right of withdrawal upon full fulfillment of the contract.
Digital Content and Online Courses
If digital content such as videos, recordings, worksheets, PDFs, downloads, or access to a members-only area is provided to you, the right of withdrawal expires if
- you have expressly agreed that we may begin performing the contract before the expiration of the withdrawal period, and
- you have confirmed that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving this consent.
8. Disclaimer
- The coach assumes no liability for any health, financial, or personal consequences of participation.
- Coaching is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.
- The client remains solely responsible for their own decisions and actions.
9. Copyright
All documents, content, and materials provided by the coach are protected by copyright.
Distribution, reproduction, or use by third parties is not permitted without written consent.
10. Confidentiality
The coach undertakes to maintain confidentiality regarding all personal content discussed during coaching sessions.
11. Contract Language & Jurisdiction
- The contract language is German.
- The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany apply.
- The place of jurisdiction is, to the extent permitted, the Coach’s place of business.
12. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
