My Journey to Holistic Health: Routines, Nutrition, and Mental Strength

To me, health is more than just the absence of symptoms—it means finding balance on every level: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. My own journey hasn’t always been easy: I struggled with ADHD, allergies, and digestive issues from an early age. At first, reaching for medication seemed like the only solution, but I soon sensed that my body was craving something else.

Over time, I began to delve deeper and deeper—into the world of nutrition, exercise, and meditation. I discovered the power of mindful breathing exercises, sought connection with nature, felt the grounding effect of walking barefoot, and drew inspiration from the Wim Hof Method. Step by step, all of this became part of my life and transformed it in a gentle yet profound way. I experienced how mindfulness, self-responsibility, and loving routines don’t just scratch the surface, but can open doors to inner peace, a sense of lightness, and true freedom.

Along the way, I’ve been inspired by many wonderful teachers—above all Gabor Maté, whose work has shaped my understanding of the connections between body and mind. But powerful women like Dr. Mindy Pelz, Brené Brown, and Elizabeth Gilbert have also shown me how important it is to have the courage to follow your own path.

Today, I am a Holistic Health Coach (IIN) and a certified FLAG Coach trained by Dr. Mindy Pelz. This allows me to bridge two worlds: the holistic approach of multidimensional coaching and my specialization in cycle-based nutrition and hormonal balance.

In my coaching work, I place particular importance on one thing: I treat the women I work with as equals. Instead of providing prefabricated solutions, I give them the tools they need to chart their own course with agency. This fosters empowerment—individually, sustainably, and always with an eye toward the uniqueness of each woman. It fulfills me to be able to accompany women on a part of their journey—with ease, openness, and the joy of making change possible together.
